I have set 16gb of virtual memory, disable every windows defender option, disable firewall etc. Just nothing. Problem starts after i swap gpu, Radeon 470 to 570. After that, it won't start with none of them. After i format PC, it starts to work normaly. But after i swap again. The chemical brothers singles 93-03.
It happend again. And i can't format PC every gpu swap. On this particular PC i have also Teamspeak Server and nothing more right now (its Server for personal use, and additionaly i test on it new gpu settings etc). What cause this? What i can do with it? I tried uinstall drivers with AMD Uinstall utility and DDU uinstaller. I Install drivers: Adrenalin Edition 18.4.1 Optional Adrenalin Edition 18.2.1 Crimson ReLive Edition 17.11.1 With 0 success.

Furmark Works perfeclty fine, tested on multiple 470 cards and 570, no change. My gpu settings are ok, i can even run miner on my laptop.
